• Recruitment: Job posting, interviews with applicants, factory tours

• Onboarding Procedures: Employment contract execution, onboarding preparation such as safety training

• Post-Joining Follow-up: Staff retention support, contract renewal, consultation response

• Administrative Tasks: Document creation and administrative processing related to staff management

• Resignation Procedures: Handling procedures and documents necessary for resignation

This is a job where you support dispatch staff from recruitment to resignation so they can work with peace of mind.

【Client (Dispatch Destination) Relations

You will be responsible for building relationships with dispatch destination companies, confirming on-site conditions, and responding to requests regarding staff.

• Factory Patrols and Inspections: Patrol the dispatch destination factory and confirm on-site conditions

• Handling Additional Staff Requests: Responding to requests for additional dispatch staff from existing client companies

• Staff Communication and Guidance: Communicating with and providing guidance to staff in response to requests from dispatch destinations

This is a job where you support smooth on-site operations while coordinating with existing dispatch destination companies.
