【Job Description】

・This is a job supporting residents living in senior housing with services.

・Physical assistance: Helping with bathing, toilet support, changing clothes, etc.

・Daily living support: Helping with room cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.

・Mobility assistance: Providing support when walking in the facility or sitting in a wheelchair to prevent falls.

・Communication: Talking with residents and enjoying recreational activities together.

▼Work Schedule

・24-hour shift system.

・Multiple time slots available including shifts starting at 09:00 AM and night shifts.

★Care Worker qualification is required

※The above salary includes:

Housing allowance (company regulations apply): Maximum 20,000 yen

Night shift: 4,000 yen per shift (5 shifts)
