■Job Description

Front desk staff and related general duties

・Handling inquiries and reservations from customers (phone/email/WEB)

・Check-in and check-out management

・Providing guidance to customers regarding rooms/facilities/surrounding areas/transportation/sightseeing, etc.

・Receiving/delivering luggage/handling lost items/lending items

・Cash transactions (settlement operations)

・Operating the accommodation reservation system

・Administrative work using printers, scanners, and fax machines

・Communication with cleaning contractors

・Communication with linen company and handling cleaning item exchanges

・Sharing information using group LINE

■Working Hours:

Shift work, approximately 8 hours of actual work

※Break: 45 minutes

■Other Items

Uniform: Provided by the hotel; T-shirts in summer, jackets and hoodies in winter

※Please prepare black shoes, black pants, and black skirts yourself.

■Working Environment:

Non-smoking throughout the building (balconies also non-smoking)

Access to employee facilities within the hotel such as uniforms and lockers

Meals and breaks can be taken in the pantry on the 4th floor

▼Job Overview

You will perform front desk duties at a small 14-room hotel near Nihonbashi.

During times when not assisting customers, you will work on administrative tasks while seated.

▼Language Requirements

Japanese: N3 level or higher

English: Business level

▼Personality

We are looking for someone who values customers and can always provide service with a smile.

We are seeking someone with a hospitality spirit.

▼5 days per week on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays, 8 hours per day.

①　07:00-15:45 45m break, 8h actual work

②　12:00-20:45 45m break, 8h actual work

③　14:45-23:30 45m break, 8h actual work

Basically shifts ① and ② are the main ones, but we may ask you to cover shift ③ at times.

▼Compensation

Hourly wage: 1,300 yen + full transportation allowance (commuter pass)

Basically, we provide a salary increase opportunity once a year.

▼There are data entry and editing tasks in the accommodation reservation site management screen.

You may be asked to input simple Japanese text into the PC.
