An upscale creative izakaya that always serves about 50 types of Japanese sake and seasonal authentic Japanese cuisine. It's frequently used for business entertainment and dining, with the signature dish being tai meshi lunch. There are also event days where we set up booths for oden and chirashi sushi, which staff can enjoy as well.

・Serve drinks such as Japanese sake (supporting the time customers enjoy alcohol)

・Refill table condiments and salt (checking that customers have everything they need)

You'll start with a senior staff member, beginning with basic tasks like seating and serving. Through training tailored to your skills and level, you can gradually improve your customer service abilities. There are also paths to opening new locations or becoming a manager.

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.
