・We handle dishes served in various situations, such as private room cooking at Japanese restaurants, weddings, banquets, etc.

〇Preparation and preparation of foodstuffs

Seasonal ingredients are carefully washed, cut, and prepared for cooking. It is a workplace where it is important to bring out the characteristics of the ingredients.

〇Arrangement and cooking assistance

Under the direction of senior staff, we will start with simple tasks at first, and gradually expand the range of responsibilities.

〇Cleaning and hygiene management in the kitchen

Maintaining a clean environment leads to the preparation of delicious food.

▼Salary

・Monthly salary: 230,000 yen and up

・Fixed overtime pay: 73,500 yen (35 hours) included; all overtime is paid separately

・Bonuses: Once or twice a year (May/November, 1.0 to 1.2 months' worth per past performance)

・Salary increase: Twice a year (April or November)

・Lunch allowance: 8,000 yen per month

・Moving assistance: maximum 250,000 yen (key money, transportation expenses, etc.)

・9 days a month (shift system/ 8 days in February only)

It is a formal building designated as a registered tangible cultural property of the country, and you can work while experiencing traditional Japanese food culture.

◆ Even if you are inexperienced, you can learn Japanese cooking techniques from scratch

・You don't need to have any cooking experience.

・There is a training system, and you can gradually acquire skills through work.

◆ Monthly salary of 230,000 yen to 400,000 yen, bonuses once or twice a year

・The decision will be made after consultation based on experience/skills.

◆ Moving assistance up to 250,000 yen, safe even from afar

・We will subsidize moving expenses (transportation expenses, transportation expenses, key money, etc.) up to 250,000 yen.
