Search with the conditions that matter to you and find the job that fits.
You can search by
- Area (prefecture)
- Japanese level (none required to native)
- Employment type (full-time, part-time, etc.)
- Industry (food service, IT, care work, etc.)
- Other conditions (visa support, language, work style, benefits, etc.)
There are scouts, too!
Fill in your profile and companies may send you a "scout". Even when you are not searching, more opportunities find you.
Applying through a scout makes you about 3x more likely to reach an interview!
About scouts

Found a job you like? Apply for it. You need the following information registered to apply.
1. Residence card / ID
- Non-Japanese
- Residence card
- Japanese national
- ID (driver's licence, My Number card, etc.)
Check which jobs your status of residence allows you to apply for, and what to watch out for when applying.
2. Basic information
Profile photo, name, date of birth, nationality, phone number, etc.
3. Language skills
Japanese level, reading and writing level, etc.
4. Work history / driver's licence
Employer, job type, period, driver's licence, etc.
5. Screening video
This matters a lot when a company decides on your document screening. Show them your strengths and skills!
