Job description: Telephone reception and general office work in multiple languages

It is a job such as searching for a room, introducing properties, screening, contracts, and support during occupancy.

Qualifications: Foreign languages and Japanese (those who can type in Japanese)

5 day workweek, 2 days off

Start date of work: Same day ~

Hourly wage from ¥1500+transportation expenses

It's an office and telephone job at a major real estate company using multiple languages and Japanese.

① Can speak English and Japanese

② Can speak Chinese+Japanese

③ Can speak Korean and Japanese

④ Can speak Vietnamese and Japanese

We are looking for people who fall under any of ① to ④.

Japanese requires N3 or higher skills.

*Even if you don't have a Japanese language certification, you can apply if you are “N3 equivalent or higher.”

Hourly wage: 1,500 yen

Transportation expenses: Basically, full payment of commuter fees (with regulations)

Hours: 10:00-19:00:00 1 hour break, 8 hours actual work

Overtime: almost none

Customers from all over the world make phone calls here when looking for a place to live in Japan.

After listening to the customer's wishes, we will introduce and explain properties that meet their wishes. Ultimately, it is a business where contracts are carried out.

Compatible information is entered into the computer in Japanese and left as a customer log.

I will report what is necessary to the Japanese staff.
