Job Description
The work location is 'Futako Tamagawa', which is stylish and extremely convenient! It's a station-close office just a 4-minute walk from the station.
The surrounding area is full of commercial facilities and restaurants, so you can enjoy shopping during lunch time and after work every day.
Don't worry if you have no experience in customer support or the EC industry! We provide approximately 2 months of thorough training and OJT support from senior staff.
We will teach you the workflow and how to use the system from scratch, so please feel confident and take on this global work.
English correspondence is mainly 'reading and writing' via email and chat, so you can respond while calmly thinking through your sentences (no English conversation is required at all).
