Job Description
① Patrol daily cleaning and repair work for apartments & condominiums 250,000 yen/month
② Apartment & condominium patrol, daily cleaning and repair work, preparation of estimates, reports, etc. 300,000 yen/month
▪️ Complete social insurance
▪️ Annual holidays: 105 days/year
*New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays, Obon holidays
▪️ Working days: shift system, 2 days off per week
▪️ There is 10 days of paid leave six months after joining the company
▪️ Bonus: 2 times/year
▪️ Eligibility: permanent residents, permanent residents, spouses of permanent residents/permanent residents, specific activities, etc.
