※The balance of duties varies by location, with some focusing mainly on front desk operations and others on restaurant operations.

When the hotel reaches full occupancy, a special allowance of 500 yen per occurrence is provided.

★Employment Details　※We cannot accommodate applicants with specific skills visas.

・Employment type: Contract employee on a 1-year basis (automatic renewal in principle)

・First 3 months after joining: Part-time employment (hourly wage)

・After passing an internal exam, conversion to contract employee status (exam can be taken within 3 months of joining)

・Regular employee promotion system available　※Regular employee promotion involves selection based on company regulations.

・Annual promotion exam
