【Job Description】

Working alongside specialized staff to support patients' rehabilitation—a rewarding job

・Rehabilitation assistance: You will support patients and prepare equipment while they perform movement training exercises.

・Recreation: You will participate in games and exercise activities for users to enjoy.

・Transportation services: Using the hospital vehicle, you will safely transport users from their homes to the hospital.

・Other duties: As needed, you may assist with meal support, diaper changes, and similar tasks.

▼Work Location

・Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture (Wakayama Cooperative Hospital)

▼Salary

・Under 60 years old: From ¥1,150 per hour

・60 years old and above: From ¥1,140 per hour

・Probationary period: 90 days (treatment improvement allowance is halved during this period)

・Initial training certification

▼Work Hours

・Between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM—please discuss your schedule.

・Standard daily work time is 7 hours and 25 minutes.

▼Days Worked

・Shift system (8 days off per 4 weeks)

・Senior staff will teach you gradually, so you can work with confidence.

◆ Transportation allowance provided

・You can receive up to ¥21,000 per month in transportation allowance.

・Even if you live within 2 km, you will receive ¥2,000 per month.

◆ Commute by car available

・Free parking is available, so you can commute in your own vehicle.

・If commuting by car, you must live at least 3 km away.

◆ Adequate time off

・With the shift system of 8 days off per 4 weeks, you have 8 days off per month.

・You can discuss your days off according to your preferences.

・The hospital provides work uniforms free of charge.
