You will be responsible for store operations.

・Customer service, cash register

In addition to on-site work, you will also be involved in general store operations.

(1st career step)

You will receive convenience store staff training (about 2 months) at the head office and learn basic operations.

(2nd career step)

You will be asked to transfer to the practice of store management, such as communication, management, and marketing, while undergoing operation retention training (about 1 to 2 years) at your affiliated store.

We support your goal setting and growth with career advancement interviews 3 times a year.

(3rd career step)

Through leader training and management training, we aim to continuously improve skills such as management, marketing, human resource development, and leadership.
