We will take care of all of the property as the person responsible for the overall construction management work/site.

◆ Not only safety management, quality control, process control, and budget management, but also contact/coordination with partner companies, communication with clients, etc.

We'll take care of all of the on-site controls.

★ First-class construction management engineer

★ 2nd Class Architect

★ Level 2 Construction Management Engineer

[Various allowances]

・Allowance Eligibility Allowance, Overtime Pay, and Commuting Allowance (up to 40,000 yen)

※Qualification allowance 1st class architect: 30,000 yen/month, 1st class construction management engineer: 20,000 yen/month, 1st grade civil engineering construction management engineer: 10,000 yen/month

If you hold multiple of the above qualifications, the upper limit is 30,000 yen/month.
