・Product packaging and ・Customer payment confirmation via Messenger

・Support from other colleagues as needed

・Data input to prepare for shipment

・Second hand branded items shipping processing (FedEx, LBC, Japan Post)

・Information for customers visiting the store (especially on the 4th floor, from 0 to 3/4 groups per day)

Inexperienced people are welcome! Even if you have no experience with simple tasks, I will teach you carefully.

A chance to earn a high hourly wage! If you show good attendance and quality of work after the trial period (3 months), you can raise your hourly wage early.

・Japanese ability is not required! JLPT N4 is sufficient for a level where you can communicate with your manager in simple Japanese.

・You can speak English with your colleagues! There is no phone support! If customers come (4th floor), it's usually OK to respond in English!

・Positive attitude and attention to details

・Basic computer skills (e.g., being able to type fast, basic Excel tasks, etc.)

・Long term employment and people who want to gain new skills are welcome!
