【Job Duties】

・Rehabilitation Assistance: Support patients during physical training exercises by assisting them and preparing necessary equipment.

・Recreation: Participate in games and exercises with users to create a bright and enjoyable atmosphere.

・Meal Assistance: Help users with eating to ensure they receive proper nutrition.

・Diaper Changes: Change diapers as needed to keep users clean and hygienic.

・Environmental Maintenance: Change bed sheets and clean rooms to maintain a clean environment for patients.

▼Work Location

・Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture (Satellite-type Small-scale Care Nursing Home Shojuen)

▼Salary

・Under 60 years old: From 1,150 yen per hour

・60 years old and above: From 1,140 yen per hour

・Trial period: 90 days (treatment remains the same)

▼Work Hours

・Between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (flexible by consultation)

・Standard daily work time is 7 hours and 25 minutes

・Shift system (8 days off per 4 weeks)

・You can receive up to 21,000 yen per month for transportation.

・Even if you live within 2 km, you receive 2,000 yen per month.

・Free parking is available, so you can commute by your own car.

・If commuting by car, a distance of 3 km or more from home is required.

◆ Adequate Time Off

・With the shift system of 8 days off per 4 weeks, you have 8 days off per month.

・Work uniforms are provided by the facility free of charge.
