Even if you have no experience working in the welfare field or are unsure about Japanese language, you can work with peace of mind.

If you cannot speak Japanese, English is required.

We are looking for people who want to support people with disabilities and work on disability welfare.

We have accepted many working holiday staff so far.

Some have returned to their home countries and are now involved in disability support work there.

The facility is non-smoking.

We provide daily living support for people with severe disabilities (meal assistance, bathing assistance, toilet assistance, etc.).
