群馬県邑楽郡大泉町に位置する特別養護老人ホームです。2017年に開設され、70名の入居定員を持つこの施設は、ユニット型個室を提供しています。個別ケアと認知症ケアを中心に、入居者一人ひとりのニーズに応じたケアプランを立案し、サービスを提供しています。
利用者ひとりひとりのニーズを捉え、多様な通所介護サービスを提供するべく創意工夫することにより利用者のみならず地域の高齢者が心身ともに健康を維持できるよう支援するお仕事です。
