[Job Description]

・Functional recovery support: We check the user's physical condition and make a rehabilitation plan suitable for each person.

・Individual rehabilitation: We help you move your joints on the bed and train your muscles.

・Pick-up service: We drive a company car to safely pick up and drop off users between their homes and facilities.

・Floor work: I lead exercises that everyone has fun doing, and I also talk to them during breaks.

・Nursing care work: We support users so that they can move safely, and also provide assistance with toilets etc. when necessary.

Holidays are Saturday and Sunday.

※On the morning of the first Saturday, I have work to clean the facilities and meet. (There are substitute holidays)

※I will go to work on public holidays and public holidays

・If you live far away, you can do an online interview using a smartphone or computer.

・In addition to the interview, you will be asked to perform a personality aptitude test and a “work experience” to actually see the workplace.
