【Welcome to Beginners・Foreigners Thriving】Why not give it a try? Cross-cultural exchange with children at kindergarten!

You will mainly communicate with children in a foreign language in kindergarten playgrounds and similar settings. We would like you to speak with children in your country's language, teach them about your country's culture, enjoy games from your country together, and engage in cross-cultural exchange in your own way. If you enjoy playing with children, we warmly welcome even those without experience! We don't care about nationality or language! It might be helpful if you can speak some Japanese, but it's not a problem if you can't! (If you don't speak Japanese, it would be better if you can speak English.) This is not an English conversation school, but rather aimed at cross-cultural exchange, so no experience in language instruction is necessary at all! What matters is that you "enjoy talking with people" and "enjoy playing with children." Our goal is to have people who speak different languages and have different appearances naturally present in the daily childcare environment, and through this, to foster in children an attitude of "knowing and accepting diversity." Therefore, during work hours, we would appreciate it if you could freely walk around the facility and communicate with the children. Additionally, we would also appreciate it if you could help with supervision and verbal guidance for the safety of children in the playground.
