You will be responsible for store operation.

(1st career step)

You will receive convenience store staff training (about 2 months) at the head office and learn basic operations.

(2nd career step)

While receiving operation retention training (about 1 to 2 years) at your affiliated store, you will be asked to transition to the practice of store management, such as communication, management, marketing, etc.

We support your goal setting and growth through career advancement interviews three times a year.

(3rd career step)

Through leader training and management training, we aim to continuously improve skills in management, marketing, human resource development, leadership, etc.
