We are looking for someone to handle all general cooking tasks at our charcoal-grilled yakitori and natural wine restaurant.

〈Specifically〉

・Preparation and grilling assistance for charcoal-grilled yakitori (using premium domestic chicken brands)

・Lunch menu cooking

(Signature dishes such as "karaage set meal," "specialty egg oyakodon," "chicken nanban set meal," etc.)

・Plating individual dinner dishes and small side dishes

・Food preparation and simple prep work

・Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning

・Assistance with inventory and food ingredient management

※You can progress step-by-step according to your experience and skills

※There are low barriers between the kitchen and floor staff, and we operate the restaurant as a team
