Job Description
Front desk/guest room attendants at inns and operations incidental to them Operations incidental to ryokan operations
Business example) Check-in and check-out customer service.
Answering phone calls (including reservation work). Kiosk sales. We will pick up and drop off our guests.
Tea is served. In-house cleaning. Management and operation of bathrooms. Food and beverage service in guest rooms and restaurants.
