【Job Description】

・This is a job supporting the daily lives of hospitalized patients.

・Meal assistance: We help patients eat and provide nutritional support.

・Bathing assistance: We help patients bathe and wash their bodies cleanly.

・Diaper changes: We clean the clothes of those unable to use the toilet and replace their diapers.

・Environmental maintenance: We change bed sheets where patients sleep and clean the rooms.

・Japanese language ability at a level to have pleasant conversations with users is required.

▼Work Location

・Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture (Wakayama Cooperative Hospital)

▼Salary

・Under 60 years old: Hourly wage from 1,140 yen

・60 years old and above: Hourly wage from 1,150 yen

・Trial period: 90 days (treatment improvement allowance is halved during this period)

★Experienced and qualified candidates are preferred★

・Initial training certification

・Practical training certification

・Certified care worker

※Support for obtaining qualifications is available

▼Work Hours

・Please consult regarding shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

・The standard daily work time is 7 hours and 25 minutes.

▼Number of Work Days

・Shift system (8 days off per 4 weeks)

・You will first learn work rules through orientation.

・Senior staff will teach you the job step by step, so you can work with confidence.

・You can gain experience contributing to people in a medical setting.

◆ Transportation allowance provided

・You can receive up to 21,000 yen per month for transportation.

・Even if you live within 2 km, you receive 2,000 yen per month.

◆ Commuting by car is possible

・There is free parking, so you can commute in your own car.

・If commuting by car, a distance of 3 km or more from home is required.

◆ Adequate time off

・With the shift system of 8 days off per 4 weeks, you have 8 days off per month.

・You can discuss your days off according to your preferences.
