[Important] Notes on Outsourcing Agreements

I will be hired by the company for this job

It is an agreement to undertake work as an independent “sole proprietor” rather than an “employee (part-time job/full-time employee)”

Therefore, you should pay attention to the following points

1. Status of residence (visa)

You can work with a VISA (if a separate permit is required)

2. Taxes and insurance

▼ Final tax return: The company does not deduct (withhold) taxes (with some exceptions).

You are obligated to calculate your income for 1 year, file a “final return” with the tax office yourself, and pay income tax and residence tax

▼ Social insurance: You cannot enroll in company health insurance or welfare pensions.

You must enroll in and pay for “national health insurance” and “national pension” yourself

3. Insurance, benefits, etc.

・There is no paid vacation.

・There is no minimum wage guarantee or overtime pay (this is a reward for performance)

▼ Job Description

・Guest room cleaning and bed makeup

・Cleaning around water

・Replenish equipment and manage consumables

・Waste disposal (garbage removal)

・Completion Report

▼ Work Location/Travel

・Within the 23 wards of Tokyo, part of Kanagawa Prefecture.

・Train movement is basic (there is movement to another site)

・It is possible to go directly from home to the site and return home after work.

・Cleaning tools are often on site, and there is little luggage when moving

▼ Examples of rewards and income

・It is a complete piecework system (outsourcing contract)

・Example unit price: 3,500 yen per room (including transportation expenses)

※Varies depending on room size, dirt condition, and property type

▼ Income model

When 3 rooms are completed per day: 10,500 yen

(3,500 yen x 3 rooms)

Transportation expenses: 500 yen per site

▼ Agreement/Term

・Form of contract: Outsourcing contract (not an employment contract).

・Trial period (training period): 30 days

・During the training period, it will be a “training reward”
