【Job Description】

・This is a job where you watch over and support residents at a group home for people with disabilities during evening hours.

・You will prepare dinner, serve meals, and clear dishes.

・You will monitor the floor.

・You will assist with and supervise oral care (tooth brushing) before bedtime.

・You will prepare residents for bed.

・You will monitor residents who wake up during the night.

・You will provide some assistance (partial care support).

▼Salary (Night Shift)

・First 2 months from hire: ¥1,450/hour (flat rate regardless of qualifications, ¥20,300 per night shift)

・From month 2 onwards: ¥1,250～1,300/hour

┗No qualifications: ¥1,250/hour (¥17,500 per night shift)

┗Care Worker or equivalent: ¥1,300/hour (¥18,200 per night shift)

┗Qualification allowance: Initial training +¥30/hour; Care Worker +¥50/hour; Perfect attendance bonus +¥100/hour

▼Work Hours (Night Shift)

・5:00 PM to 9:00 AM next day (13 hours actual work, 3 hours break) Shift-based

・1 day per week is OK

・You don't need qualifications or experience. We welcome those who want to learn disability support work from scratch.

・Job manuals and support procedures are explained carefully on a provided tablet, so even first-timers can feel at ease.

・For the first 2 months from hire, you receive a flat rate of ¥1,450/hour (retention support allowance) regardless of qualifications.
