About Japanese language

The manual you will be given at the beginning is in Japanese, but once you start work, conversation will be the main focus.

If you can speak Japanese at a daily conversational level, there will be no problem.

Annual leave will be granted on the first day of work.

It depends on the month you join the company, but you will be granted around 10 days of annual leave (with pay).
