You'll work in the hall or kitchen of a Japanese restaurant. Depending on your preference and experience, we'll assign you to one or both roles.

〈Specifically〉

・Hall: Taking orders / Serving dishes / Clearing tables / Register (checkout)

・Kitchen: Prep work / Simple cooking assistance / Plating / Dishwashing

※Even if you have no experience, our staff will teach you one-on-one using a manual. You can start with simple tasks and gradually get used to the work.

※You can also start in the kitchen and move to the hall once you're comfortable.

▼About the Japanese Language Level Required

If your focus is mainly on kitchen (cooking assistance), understanding simple Japanese is fine (target level: around N4).

If you also want to work in the hall (customer service/register), since you'll need to take orders and handle checkout, it's reassuring to be able to have everyday conversations (target level: around N3).

Both roles mainly use set phrases, so you can learn them as you work once you get used to it.
