【Leverage Japanese and English to Support Overall Hotel Operations!】

We operate lodging and accommodation facilities centered in Shinjuku and Taito wards. Our workplace is staffed by people of various nationalities.

This time, we are recruiting 2-3 staff members to be stationed at New Aoki and handle a wide range of hotel operations, from daytime guest room cleaning and front desk duties to nighttime guest services.

＜Daytime Operations＞

Guest room cleaning and bed making, facility and common area cleaning, amenity and supply replenishment, inventory checks, front desk guest services, check-in and check-out support, luggage storage and facility guidance, reservation and guest information confirmation, etc.

＜Nighttime Operations＞

Nighttime guest services and facility guidance, reservation and guest information confirmation and entry, initial response to inquiries and issues, documentation of responses, handover, communication with supervisors as needed, simple facility checks and organization, etc.

This is a position that involves overall hotel operations depending on the time of day and the situation on the day, not just cleaning or front desk work alone.

After joining, you will learn guest room cleaning, front desk and guest services, system operations, procedures for reporting and communication, etc. We welcome those without hotel experience who have the motivation to learn a wide range of hotel operations.

Those who can communicate in Japanese and English.

Those with basic computer skills. We welcome those with enthusiasm to learn a wide range of hotel operations including cleaning, front desk, and guest services, as well as those with no prior experience.
