You can experience a wide range of practices necessary for hotel management, such as front desk work, in-house management, and staff management.

After arriving at the office after a training period, a group of 2 people is entrusted with 1 hotel building, and it is a rewarding position.

It is characterized by career paths aiming to become independent or open businesses in restaurants, lodging facilities, etc. by utilizing the skills cultivated through hotel management in the future.

Business-level Japanese (equivalent to N2)

Those who can be transferred nationwide

Those who can apply as a pair (2 people)

*Since it is not possible to apply for the YOLO JAPAN system in groups of two, we would appreciate it if 1 person could apply as a representative

・A safe training system even if you are inexperienced! After the head office training, there was extensive training for about 3 months at several hotels. Consultations are possible at any time even after arrival.
