【Job Description】

・This is a job where you provide life support so that residents of a group home for people with disabilities can spend their time comfortably.

・You will prepare meals and assist with eating.

・You will help with recreational activities (activities to enjoy together).

・You will do cleaning and laundry.

・You will provide partial assistance with bathing, toileting, and other activities.

▼Salary (Day Shift)

・First 2 months from start: ¥1,450/hour (uniform rate regardless of qualifications, ¥10,150/day)

・From 3rd month onwards: ¥1,250～¥1,300/hour

┗No qualifications: ¥1,250/hour (¥8,750/day)

┗Care Worker, etc.: ¥1,300/hour (¥9,100/day)

┗Qualification allowance: Initial training +¥30/hour; Care Worker, Social Worker, Psychiatric Social Worker, etc. +¥50/hour

┗Perfect attendance allowance: +¥100/hour

▼Work Hours (Day Shift)

・9:00 AM～5:00 PM (7 hours actual work, 1 hour break) Shift system

・2 days per week or more OK (We can also discuss working on designated days)

・We staff 3-5 staff members 24 hours, 365 days. It's a newly built, barrier-free, clean, and easy-to-work facility.

・You don't need qualifications or experience. We welcome those who want to learn about disability support work from scratch.

・Business manuals and support procedures are carefully explained on a provided tablet, so even first-timers can feel at ease.

・For the first 2 months from employment, you will receive a uniform rate of ¥1,450/hour (retention support allowance) regardless of qualifications.
