We are mainly involved in construction management of newly built properties, and approximately 70 to 80 percent of our projects are newly built condominiums.

In addition, we also handle a wide range of new construction projects for hospitals, hotels, dentists, nurseries, etc.

※On rare occasions, there are spot projects such as school toilet repairs

[Construction management business]

・Preparation of construction drawings (using T-Fas, may be handled by an exclusive CAD operator)

・Arranging craftsmen for our company and partner companies

・Material arrangements (craftsmen may also make arrangements)

・Safety management/process control/quality control

・Preparation of documents and photography (administrative staff will handle construction information, etc.)

※Each team consists of 7 to 8 people, and 2 to 3 people perform management work at each site.

Regardless of age or experience, abilities and achievements will be properly evaluated and reflected in salary and bonuses.

Cases where annual income exceeds 10 million yen are not uncommon among construction managers, and there are also employees who raise their salary within 1 year if their track record and attitude are recognized.
