Job Description
▶ Construction Check (Quality Control)
We verify that construction is being carried out according to design drawings and rules, and record it with photos and notes.
▶Safety Check (Safety Management)
To ensure workers can work safely, we inspect the site for any hazards and provide guidance.
▶Construction Schedule Management (Project Management)
To ensure construction proceeds as planned, we confirm the order of tasks and schedule, and communicate with the site.
▶Financial Management (Cost Management)
To ensure construction stays within budget, we verify material costs and labor expenses.
