• Cleaning of hotel guest rooms and public areas

• Regular maintenance and condition management of guest rooms

• Regular inspection of guest rooms and public areas and maintenance of cleaning and maintenance standards

• Coordination with related teams including the front desk team and confirmation of guest room preparation status

• Preparation and organization of housekeeping supplies, cleaning and inspection equipment, amenities, and linens

• Inventory management of equipment and amenities and appropriate replenishment

• Maintenance of amenity quality and inventory status and provision to guests

• When discovering areas requiring repair or maintenance, promptly report to related teams including the front desk team
