Monthly salary ¥249,080 to ¥254,080

working hours

Variable working hours system (in monthly increments) shift system

(1) 07:00 ～ 15:35

(2) 08:45 to 17:20

(3) 11:25 ～ 20:00

(4) 17:15 to 09:15 the next day (night shift, 90 minute break)

Shift system, 2 days off per week, 4 weeks 10 days off per month, 120 days off per year

10 days of annual paid leave after 6 months

・No special qualifications or experience are required. Educational background does not matter. We will provide thorough support during training after joining the company.

・In addition to the basic salary,

Housing allowance (8,500 yen to 13,500 yen)

Adjustment allowance (47,580 yen)

Treatment improvement bonus (33,000 yen, paid after 3 months of employment)

Special residence support allowance (20,000 yen, paid after 1 month of joining the company)

・If you start a night shift, you will also be paid a separate night shift allowance of 9,000 yen per time.

◆ There are annual salary increases and bonuses twice a year

・The salary increase rate is 1.50% to 2.50% based on the previous year's results, and bonuses are 2 times a year for a total of 3.00 months (previous year's results).
