【Job Description】

・At Miyachi Kogyo's factory, you will weld pressure vessels and large tanks used in chemical and paper mills, and install them at customer sites.

・Welding work: Connect iron materials together to form the shape of tanks and pressure vessels. This is the main work of this job.

・Manufacturing and installation of various tanks and pressure vessels: Assemble and install what was made at the factory at the customer's site.

▼Flow from joining the company to working independently

・Early period: Work together with senior staff. You will learn how to use tools and safety rules.

・Getting accustomed period: Increase the tasks you can do, such as simple welding and material preparation.

・Step up: Obtain welding qualifications, receive technical training, and challenge yourself to perform more difficult welding and installation.

・Working independently: Aim for a state where you are entrusted with everything from manufacturing to installation while thinking and making decisions on your own.

※Since products are large, there are tasks that require physical strength. This job is suitable for people who enjoy physical work.

▼Days off

・Saturday, Sunday, and holidays (Saturday work about 2 times per month)

・Long-term holidays available: Golden Week holiday, summer holiday, year-end and New Year holiday
