Position: Kitchen Staff [No experience OK · Experience preferred]

We'll entrust you with general cooking duties at our charcoal-grilled yakitori and natural wine restaurant.

〈Specifically〉

・Preparation and grilling assistance for charcoal-grilled yakitori (using carefully selected domestic premium chicken breeds)

・Lunch menu cooking

(Signature menu items such as "karaage set meal," "specialty egg oyakodon," "chicken nanban set meal," etc.)

・Plating individual dishes and small bowls for dinner

・Food preparation and simple prep work

・Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning

・Assistance with inventory and food ingredient management

※You can step up gradually according to your experience and skills

※There's a low barrier between the kitchen and floor staff, and we operate the restaurant as a team
