We are recruiting restaurant staff to work at an okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka's Namba district.

This time, we are especially looking for people who can work during daytime hours. We are also recruiting for evening shifts.

As we have more foreign customers, we are increasing our foreign staff. It's a lively restaurant where you can interact with customers from around the world.

▼Specific duties

・Greeting customers and seating them

・Taking orders and serving dishes and drinks

・Cooking okonomiyaki and yakisoba on the teppan griddle

・Preparing ingredients

・Handling payments

・Cleaning up and tidying the restaurant

What is okonomiyaki?

Okonomiyaki is a popular savory pancake that represents Japan,

and foreign tourists sometimes call it "Japanese pizza" or "Japanese pancake"!

It is a dish made by mixing cabbage, eggs, wheat flour, and your choice of ingredients (meat, seafood, cheese, etc.), then cooking it perfectly on a hot teppan griddle!

Finally, it is topped with the following:

・Sweet and tangy okonomiyaki sauce

・Creamy mayonnaise

・Dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi) and seaweed powder (aonori)

It's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it a very satisfying dish!
