Automotive Parts Advisor

We handle inquiries about parts from maintenance factories and car dealers across the country, finding and proposing the parts our customers are looking for. We deal with a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars such as Toyota, Honda, and Nissan to trucks, and work with suppliers both domestically and internationally to confirm inventory, condition, price, and delivery time to communicate with our customers. You can gradually acquire knowledge about parts through our in-house training system and by reviewing materials. Using our internal database and manufacturer parts lists, you can make proposals, and when you build good relationships with customers, you receive the rewarding experience of being specifically requested. You may also be asked to leverage your language skills to develop suppliers in English-speaking and Spanish-speaking regions. Our team is centered around people in their 20s and 30s, with active members from Uzbekistan, Nepal, China, and Indonesia. In an environment where we support each other's strengths and weaknesses, you can develop both your Japanese language skills and business skills. We are planning future overseas expansion, and we are also considering expansion into your home country.

・Phone support in Japanese

・Ability to respond via email and chat (Target: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 or above)

・Basic computer skills (input, email, Excel, etc.)

・Ability to listen carefully to customer requests and respond quickly
