At the restaurant "Tenka ~ Sora no Kaori ~" in the Kyoto Amanohashidate area, we will entrust you with cooking and cooking assistant work.

Tenka serves dishes made with fresh seafood caught locally and vegetables from our own farm, using seasonal ingredients.

【Main Job Duties】

・Preparation of ingredients such as fish, meat, and vegetables ・Cutting and plating of ingredients ・Cooking and cooking assistance for course meals and breakfast ・Preparation and washing of cooking utensils and tableware ・Cleaning and sanitation management in the kitchen ・Management of ingredients ・Preparation of dishes for accommodation facilities, etc.

・For those with cooking experience, depending on your experience and skills, we will entrust you with a wide range of tasks from fish preparation and grilling to simmering, and from cooking course meals to plating.

・For those with little cooking experience or no experience, you will start with simple tasks such as ingredient preparation, plating, and dishwashing.

・Senior staff will teach you the work, so even if you have no experience working at a Japanese restaurant, you can gradually learn the job.

・This is a workplace where you can acquire Japanese cooking techniques, beautiful plating, and ingredient handling skills while working with seasonal seafood and vegetables.

・We welcome those who are "passionate about cooking," "want to learn Japanese cuisine," or "want to improve their skills in cooking work."

■ Cooking Experience Preferred Candidates with cooking experience at restaurants, hotels, inns, izakayas, and similar establishments will be given preferential consideration based on their experience and skills.
