[No Experience OK] Sheet Metal Fabrication & Welding Staff | Qualifications Obtained After Joining · Takasago City, Hyogo Prefecture

This is "plate metal work" where you cut and bend iron plates, then weld them together to create large metal products. No prior experience is necessary.

You will acquire the qualifications needed for the job after joining the company, and you'll learn everything from scratch by working alongside senior staff members.

▼What kind of work is it?

You'll make piping used in factories and power plants, turbine parts (large machines used for power generation), and shipping stands (frames for transporting turbines).

The main work takes place in our own factory, where you'll perform cutting, bending, welding, and assembly of materials.

Some days you'll deliver completed products to other factories or work at job sites within Hyogo Prefecture. There are almost no business trips outside the prefecture.

Continue working in the factory in the afternoon. Depending on the day, you may deliver completed products

▼Starting alongside a senior staff member

You'll work in a team of about 3 people. At first, you'll start by working beside a senior staff member, carrying materials, holding them in place, and preparing tools. Gradually, you'll be assigned welding and other tasks. Japanese staff members will explain the contents of the blueprints.

Daily wage: ¥10,000–¥15,000 (determined by experience and qualifications)

(Example) If you work 24 days in a month: ¥10,000 per day × 24 days = ¥240,000

【Essential Requirements】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 level or equivalent (able to understand seniors' verbal instructions and communicate during work)

・Must hold one of the residence statuses listed below

We welcome permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, and spouses of permanent residents.

Since this job primarily involves sheet metal work and welding, you cannot work under the "Technology, Humanities/International Services" residence status.
