Job Description
A 4-minute walk from Tochomae Station and a 6-minute walk from the south exit of JR Shinjuku Station, at Fuji Soba you will prepare and serve soba noodles, katsudon, and other dishes. Shifts are available from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (4 hours). Meals (staff meals) are provided on working days.
▼What kind of work is it?
Fuji Soba is a soba restaurant chain with over 100 locations. Customers purchase meal tickets from a vending machine, so there are few situations where you need to take orders or handle payments. The work mainly involves cooking set-procedure dishes such as topping boiled soba with broth and toppings, and serving customers. We have manuals, so even those without cooking experience can learn while being taught by senior staff members.
▼Main duties
・Receive meal tickets, prepare and serve soba and rice bowls
・Wash dishes and clean the restaurant and kitchen
▼About the restaurant
It is a small restaurant with 3 to 5 people including the manager. There is little heavy lifting, but you will be on your feet the entire time.
