Job Description
It's a job at Fuji Soba, a 2-minute walk from Oii Station, where you prepare and serve soba noodles, katsudon, and other dishes. There are shifts available for just 3 hours during lunch time from 11:00 to 14:00, and late-night shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You receive a meal (staff meal) on the days you work.
▼What kind of work is it?
Fuji Soba is a soba restaurant chain with over 100 locations. Customers purchase meal tickets from a ticket machine, so there are few situations where you need to take orders or handle payments. The work mainly involves cooking set-recipe dishes such as topping boiled soba with broth and toppings, and serving customers. Since there is a manual, even those without cooking experience can learn while being taught by senior staff members.
▼Main duties
・Receive meal tickets, prepare soba and rice bowls, and serve them
・Wash dishes and clean the restaurant and kitchen
▼About the restaurant
It's a small restaurant with 3 to 5 people including the manager. There is very little heavy lifting, but you will be standing throughout your shift.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: ¥1,400 and up (¥1,750 from 22:00 to 5:00 the next day)
【Example】Working 11:00–14:00 four days a week (16 days per month) earns ¥67,200
Required Skills / Experience

【We Also Welcome】
・Those with no experience working in food service
・Those who have never cooked before
・Age is not a concern
【Ideal Candidates】
