Job Description
A 9-minute walk from Shibuya Station, at Fuji Soba in Udagawa-cho, you'll prepare and serve soba noodles, katsudon, and other dishes. The shift is late night from 11 PM to 7 AM the next day, with an hourly wage of 1,750 yen from 10 PM to 5 AM the next day. On working days, meals (staff meals) are free, and you receive hourly pay even during breaks.
▼What kind of work is it?
Fuji Soba is a soba restaurant chain with over 100 locations. Customers purchase meal tickets from a vending machine, so there are few situations where you need to take orders or handle payments. The work mainly involves cooking set-procedure dishes such as placing broth and toppings on boiled soba, and serving customers. There is a manual, so even those without cooking experience can learn by being taught by senior staff.
▼Main duties
・Receive meal tickets, prepare and serve soba and rice bowls
・Wash dishes and clean the shop and kitchen
▼About the shop
It's a small shop with 3 to 5 people including the manager. There is little heavy lifting, but you will be standing the entire time you work.
▼Salary
Hourly wage from 1,400 yen (1,750 yen from 10 PM to 5 AM the next day)
【Example】Working 11 PM to 7 AM the next day, 5 days a week (20 days a month) = 266,000 yen
Required Skills / Experience

・Japanese language ability at approximately JLPT N3 level (to greet customers and learn cooking methods explained in Japanese by senior staff)
【Regarding Residence Status】
Permanent residents, long-term residents, spouses of Japanese nationals, spouses of permanent residents, and similar categories may apply.
Since this job centers on cooking and customer service, you cannot work under a "Technology, Humanities/International Services" residence status.
Additionally, this restaurant's shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week), so family visit visa holders who can only work up to 28 hours per week cannot apply.
【These Applicants Are Also Welcome】
・Those with no prior restaurant experience
・Those who have never cooked before
・Age is not a factor
【Ideal Candidates】
・Those skilled at carefully repeating set procedures
・Those who want to commit to shifts and stabilize monthly income

・Those who don't mind greeting customers with "Welcome" and "Thank you"
