・Interpretation services via phone between customers visiting the agency counter and store staff (or dedicated center staff)

・Service information search and response history recording using a dedicated system, participation in meetings/training related to operations, and associated incidental duties

・New staff training including on-the-job guidance at adjacent desks

Shift system: ■Early shift 8:45～17:15　　■Late shift 11:35～20:05

7.5-hour shift system (open year-round, including weekends and holidays, typically 2 days off per week)

※Overtime may be requested during busy periods. (10～15 hours/month)

■Japanese Language Level: Able to understand and read the content of general catalogs.

Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 equivalent skill level (skill level is a guideline; possession of certification is not required)

■Training Period: Approximately 1 month of training provided
