High Hourly Pay! Phone (Interpreter) Operator for "English + Chinese + Japanese"

・Interpretation services via phone between customers visiting the agency counter and store staff (or dedicated center staff)

・Service information search and response history recording using a dedicated system, participation in meetings/training related to operations, and incidental tasks performed as part of these

・New staff training including guidance from adjacent seats

Shift system: ■Early shift 8:45～17:15　　■Late shift 11:35～20:05

7.5-hour shift system (open year-round, including weekends and holidays, principally 2 days off per week)

※Overtime may be requested during busy periods. (10-15 hours/month)

Transportation allowance provided up to a maximum of 10,000 yen.

■Japanese Language Level: Level at which you can understand and read the content of comprehensive catalogs.

Equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level (skill level is a guideline; certification is not required)

■Training Period: Approximately 1 month of training provided

Japanese language proficiency of N1-N2 level is essential.
