Job Description
You will be responsible for scaffolding construction management during building repairs. The main duties involve managing the installation and removal of scaffolding and ensuring safety on site.
【Main Job Responsibilities】
Planning and implementation of scaffolding work
Progress management and quality control on site
Work coordination through communication with workers
Thorough implementation of safety measures and safety confirmation on site
Document preparation and reporting related to construction
By leveraging appropriate technical skills and experience, you will work as part of a team to ensure smooth construction execution.

Inexperienced applicants welcome
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Language proficiency (for foreign nationals): Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or equivalent
Individuals with high ability to cooperate and communicate within a team
《Welcomed Skills and Experience》
Holders of Construction Management Engineer certification
Experience operating AutoCAD, Jw_cad, Excel, ANDPAD, and photo management applications
Construction management experience

| Working Hours | 09:00〜18:00 Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. Lunch break is 60 minutes. Overtime may occur as needed, but will be adjusted after prior confirmation. Regarding holidays, we follow Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, refresh leave, and year-end and New Year holidays.
※The first Saturday of each month is a working day, but is designated as a paid leave encouragement day. |
