Job Description:

You will be responsible for demolition project management (schedule management, safety management, administrative filings, etc.) primarily for mid-to-high-rise apartments and wooden houses. There will be minimal actual on-site physical labor (approximately 0-10%), with the focus on management and administrative tasks.

【Main Responsibilities】

• Schedule Management: Planning overall demolition project timelines and confirming/adjusting progress

• Safety Management: Ensuring occupational health and safety at job sites and providing safety guidance to workers

• Various Filings and Documentation: Submitting advance notices to administrative agencies and related organizations, creating construction plans and reports (including photo management)

• Coordination Tasks: Meetings and communication coordination with clients and partner contractors (craftspeople)

You will leverage practical experience and specialized knowledge to advance demolition projects safely and smoothly. You will work at various job sites in the Tokyo metropolitan area (primarily within Tokyo).
