Job Type: Manufacturing Staff in Factory
■Job Description
At the factory, you will perform a series of tasks involved in manufacturing steel products.
Your workplace will be the factory in Akemicho, Toyohashi (dispatch destination). The employment contract will be with Joy Planning Co., Ltd. (dispatch source).
You can work with long-term stability and peace of mind.
There is also a chance to become a full-time employee.

Men and women in their 20s to 40s are active in this role.
■Training and Support
Joy Planning, the dispatch source, has staff who speak Vietnamese, English, and Chinese. You can consult about any concerns anytime.

■Required Qualifications and Licenses
No requirements. Inexperienced applicants are very welcome.
▼Japanese Language Level Required
At the factory, you will receive work instructions in Japanese. It's fine if you can have simple conversations in Japanese (around N3 level). For reading and writing, you can apply if you can read hiragana and katakana.

Rotating Shift (3-shift system) 07:00～15:00 15:00～23:00 23:00～07:00 (next day)
Work hours are 8:00～17:00. You will work 5 days per week.
During busy periods, overtime is required. |
