This is an interpreter position at a call center supporting foreign residents living in Japan!

In situations involving administrative procedures, infrastructure contracts, and applications for public facilities, you will work as a three-way interpreter between Japanese staff members and multilingual customers.

●Handling inquiries via email and phone

●Responding to inquiries during application processes

●Creating documents such as reports

Since Japanese is the company's official language, Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 level is required.

Rather than adding your own opinions, you must accurately convey what you hear to the other party.

Comprehensive training will be provided over an extended period.

You will gradually learn practical work through step-by-step on-the-job training, so

even those without prior experience are welcome to apply.
