■Multilingual Contact Center Operator Duties

・Interpreting between Japanese and multiple languages

・Interpreting for native staff working at overseas call centers

・Email translation, etc.

・Support in Japanese and native language

→Using telephone and video equipment, interpretation for inquiries to transportation services, stores, medical facilities, government agencies, etc., and email translation are the main duties.

→Basic interpretation and translation for inbound operations are the primary focus, but depending on circumstances, you may also be asked to perform outbound operations to overseas (※).

※Survey questionnaires, consent for document delivery, acquisition of sales appointments, etc.

→For this reason, we are seeking individuals with Japanese language skills at approximately JLPT Level 2 or higher.

・Shift work (※Working hours and break times may be changed by mutual agreement.)

・Transportation allowance provided separately (Please inform us of your nearest station and monthly commuter pass amount at the time of recommendation.)

・Side jobs and schooling that affect work performance are not permitted. If you wish to pursue side jobs or schooling, we can discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Starting hourly wage: ¥1,450 with salary increases based on ability.

・Work is on a shift basis for both work days and work hours.

Standard shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
